Established in 1981 a sole principal practice giving a personal service.

KYRKE-SMITH ARCHITECTS set up with the by-line A Classical Approach to Architecture has involved us in both new build and refurbishment for commercial and industrial clients, businesses including nursing homes and an hotel, schools, Churches in the London Diocese and many residential projects making a substantial and varied workload.

Our work now focuses on school and residential projects including Listed Buildings, often in Conservation Areas, involving restoration, conservation, alteration and extension, refurbishment and repair but also new build.

Based on top of the hill SE5 since 1983 recent work has focused on the local area with substantial residential projects often over ground floor commercial premises with new buildings to the rear, in Peckham SE15 to one side of us and Brixton SW9 to the other side, as well as projects SW11, SW15, SW17 and beyond for our established clients; Sydenham, Beckenham, Bromley and beyond for other established clients.
